Dakota Pallets Inc. traces back to Rossie Goulet, who created North Border Enterprize in Walhalla, North Dakota in 2007. Rossie passed the business down to his son Anthony Rossi Goulet. Anthony took over the Cavalier operation and renamed it Dakota Pallets Inc. Most people do not think much about how their products move from one place to another, only whether they show up. But pallets are how it all happens: bulk shipments, organized loads, and reduced damage in transit.
