Full Time Position offers starting salary of $3,816 per month with increase after fully trained. Applicants with prior dispatch experience will be given credit for that experience. Walsh County offers an excellent benefits package! Sign-on bonus of $3,000 for individuals who remain with the county for 3 years! (Paid out in $1,000 increments at the completion of each year). Benefits included are health, dental and vision as well as an excellent retirement package.
